Laser and Inkjet Checks come in four primary formats. Check at the top, Check in the middle, Check on the bottom, or three to a page. Laser/Inkjet Checks are used in conjunction with an accounting software package. Checks are preprinted with the company name, date label, amount label, currency symbol, signature line and security features. The accounting program prints the payee, address, date, amount, currency amount, memo, and information regarding what the payment is for.
